Welcome

Welcome to the Tehama Ridge FAQ. These answers are for homeowners and residents in our subdivision. If you don’t see what you need, contact Spectrum (817-900-1899) or email the board (board@tehamaridge.com).

What are the pool hours and guest rules?

Adult swim, 18+ only: 6:00–9:00 AM. Open swim: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM in season. Open and close dates vary each year.

How do I reserve the amenity center?

Residents 21+ in good standing can reserve it for social use only. Book 14–90 days ahead through Spectrum. Time blocks: 9 AM–1 PM, 1–5 PM, or 5–9 PM. Cost is $125 cleaning fee plus $125 refundable deposit. Max 50 people. The pool and playground cannot be reserved with it.

Can I have a fire pit or outdoor fireplace?

Barbecue grills are allowed. Fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and outdoor fireplaces need written ACC approval first.

What flags and signs are allowed?

U.S., Texas, and U.S. armed forces flags are allowed. Political signs must be ground-mounted on your lot only and may be displayed up to 90 days before and 10 days after the election. Religious items on the front door are limited in size.

Who do I contact about a common-area problem?

Submit a work order in Spectrum (app or website on a computer). Login is required. For board questions, email board@tehamaridge.com.

Home Improvements

ACC approval for fences, roofs, and other exterior changes.

Do I need approval before changing the outside of my house?

Yes, if the change will be visible from the street, another lot, or common area. Written ACC approval is required before work starts. Like-for-like maintenance (same paint color or same repair) usually does not need approval.

How do I submit an ACC request?

Submit the request through Spectrum with plans, materials, colors, and location. Written approval is required. Verbal approval does not count. Most routine requests are decided within about two weeks.

What are the fence rules?

Fences are generally about 6 feet. 8-foot fences may be allowed if they are not street-facing and neighbors plus the ACC approve. Street-facing sides must be finished-side out. No fence between the front of the house and the street.

Do I need approval to replace my roof?

Yes. Written ACC approval is required before work starts, even if you use the same shingles. Typical color is weatherwood or similar.

Can I install a playset, shed, or basketball goal?

Yes, with written ACC approval first. Sheds are limited to one per lot. Portable basketball goals must be stored out of view when not in use and may not be left out overnight.

Board & Meetings

Board meetings, minutes, and how to reach the board.

When are board meetings?

The annual owner meeting is in October. Regular board meetings are generally every other month. Watch Spectrum and this site for notices.

Where can I find meeting minutes?

Approved minutes will be posted on this site as PDFs (Coming soon).

How do I contact the board?

Email board@tehamaridge.com. For payments, access, work orders, and ACC requests, use Spectrum first.
